Eligibility for Returns

  • Items with a manufacturing defect or that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement or refund

  • Instruments must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return
  • Custom, OEM/private-label, and bulk orders made to specification are non-returnable unless defective
